Former credit union employee prohibited by NCUA
Jefferson City, Mo - Lora Webb pleaded guilty to bank embezzlement and was sentenced to federal prison for a five month term and supervised probation by the United States Eastern District Court of Missouri. The guilty plea was subsequent to the grand jury’s finding that she willfully embezzled approximately $25,000 belonging to Cape Regional Credit Union. In addition to the criminal punishment, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) issued an administrative order prohibiting Ms. Webb from working in any insured financial institution.
